Q. Will the insurance company pay for all the needed repairs resulting from the accident?
A. It is our job as collision experts to prove to the insurance company that all the related repairs are needed.
Q. Will the insurance check I receive cover the cost of the repair?
A. The initial check is usually written for visible damage only. It is our job to disassemble your vehicle and contact the paying insurance company to create a second appraisal for any hidden damage.
Q. What is the deductible and who do I pay it to?
A. It is the customer's portion to be paid on completion of repairs to the repair facility.
Q. If my vehicle has frame damage, will it ever be right again?
A. With Before-and-After computerized printouts, we can assure you that your frame will be returned to factory specifications.
Q. When can I wash my vehicle with fresh paint?
A. With our bake oven and spray booth, the fresh paint is completely cured when you pick it up. This means you can wash and wax your car whenever needed.
